Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to your use of tshirtcrisis.com and any purchase you make here. The store is operated by ADHOC OUTSOURCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15448637), 23d Cricklewood Lane, London, NW2 1HN, United Kingdom. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are paid by the recipient (see our Shipping Policy). We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed. We can refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed at the wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if we can’t fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.

Products

Every product is printed to order. Colors on your screen can differ slightly from the printed shirt, and measurements can vary by up to 1 inch.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Both are part of these terms.

Reviews

If you tick the box at checkout, we’ll send you one email after your order ships, inviting you to review it. It’s optional, and you won’t get more than one invitation per order. Reviews you submit may be shown on our website and in Google Shopping with your first name. We publish genuine reviews, positive or negative, and only remove spam, offensive content or personal information.

Designs and content

All designs, text, images and branding on this site belong to ADHOC OUTSOURCE LTD. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission. Our shirts are humor and parody, and aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any brand or person they may reference.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, interfering with its security, or using it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the US state or country where you live, including the UK Consumer Rights Act, the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Email [email protected].
